Arabidopsis thaliana IQD1 RNA-seq

To evaluate the molecular changes underlying the impact of IQD1 expression on defense responses, we performed global gene expression analysis using RNA samples from WT and iqd1-1 rosette leaves 48 hours after B. cinerea or mock inoculation.
