Microtubule-Mediated Quantum Epigenetic Transduction (MMQET) proposes that coherent GHz-THz microtubule vibrations transduce environmental electromagnetic fields into rapid Polycomb Repressive Complex 2 (PRC2) bias, yielding measurable changes in H3K27me3 breadth within 10-60 minutes. Signal transduction occurs in milliseconds-seconds; enzymatic readout occurs over minutes. The model provides a unified biophysical mechanism for evolutionary stasis (Limulus polyphemus), acute neurostimulation outcomes (TMS), and rapid stress imprinting.
