OPT generated tomographic image stacks (*.bmp) throughout the volume of the splenic, duodenal and gastric lobes of ob/ob and control Mus Musculus pancreas for the insulin and the anatomy channel. The individual image files are annotated to indicate phenotype, age (weeks), ID, pancreatic lobe, channel (insulin or anatomy) and sequential stack number using the following format: “XXXX_XXw_IDX_XL_XXXXXX_XXXX.bmp”. (Note, when unzipped the data file will be 218 GB.)
