Data record A_tomographic images.zip

OPT generated tomographic image stacks (*.bmp) throughout the volume of the splenic, duodenal and gastric lobes of ob/ob and control Mus Musculus pancreas for the insulin and the anatomy channel. The individual image files are annotated to indicate phenotype, age (weeks), ID, pancreatic lobe, channel (insulin or anatomy) and sequential stack number using the following format: “XXXX_XXw_IDX_XL_XXXXXX_XXXX.bmp”. (Note, when unzipped the data file will be 218 GB.)光学投影层析成像（Optical Projection Tomography，OPT）生成了ob/ob型与对照型小家鼠（Mus Musculus）胰腺的脾叶、十二指肠叶及胃叶全容积范围内的断层图像栈（*.bmp格式），该数据集覆盖胰岛素成像通道与解剖学成像通道两类成像需求。单幅图像文件均已完成标准化标注，标注信息包括表型、周龄（单位：周）、样本ID、胰腺叶分区、成像通道类型（胰岛素通道或解剖学通道）以及序列栈编号，命名格式为："XXXX_XXw_IDX_XL_XXXXXX_XXXX.bmp"。（注：该数据集解压后总容量为218 GB。）
