MCF7 wild-type RNA profiling for i-motif DNA studies

mRNA sequencing of MCF7 wild-type cells for the study of i-Motif DNA in the human genome MCF7 cells were grown, harvested and pelleted following conventional protocols. Total RNA wa collected using RNeasy Plus Mini Kit followed by sequencing using illumina NovaSeq 6000. Reads trimmed and mapped to hg19 reference genome and read counts obtained using FeatureCounts and the NCBI RefSeq gtf for hg19.
