Bacterial diversity of dioxin polluted soil from animal charcoal site

The goal of the project is to have an insight view of bacterial diversity in dioxin polluted soil. Soil was collected from a dioxin animal charcoal site and was also enriched with dibenzofuran for 6 weeks. The changes in bacterial diversity was assessed.
