示范工程位于甘肃省白银市白银区东大沟上游流域,示范面积50亩,采用了嗜盐微生物诱导碳酸钙沉淀(MICP)原位稳定化技术。修复效果评价委托第三方机构分别对修复前和修复后的地块进行了评估,采样布设参考《农田土壤环境质量监测技术规范》(NY/T 395-2012)、《土壤环境监测技术规范》(HJ/T 166-2004)和《耕地污染治理效果评价准则》(NY/T 3343-2018),根据示范工程场地实际情况,利用网格法等方法,布置土壤采样点,确定采样点的空间分布和采样深度。土壤样品采用人工采集,每个采样点设置3处分样点。样品检测主要涉及重金属的含量及其有效态测定。示范工程建设前测定的指标包括土壤中Cd等重金属的总量和有效态含量。高盐渍化重金属污染示范工程土壤样品检测主要为Cd的有效态含量测定,有效态采用《土壤质量 有效态铅和镉的测定 原子吸收法》(GB/T 23739-2009)(DTPA法)。

The demonstration project is located in the upstream basin of Dongdagou, Baiyin District, Baiyin City, Gansu Province, with a demonstration area of 50 mu, and adopts the in situ stabilization technology using halophilic microbial-induced calcium carbonate precipitation (MICP). The remediation effect evaluation was commissioned to a third-party institution, which assessed the plots before and after remediation respectively. The sampling layout was designed in accordance with the "Technical Specifications for Monitoring of Soil Environmental Quality in Farmland" (NY/T 395-2012), "Technical Specifications for Soil Environmental Monitoring" (HJ/T 166-2004) and "Guidelines for Evaluation of Remediation Effects of Cultivated Land Pollution" (NY/T 3343-2018). Based on the actual conditions of the demonstration project site, soil sampling points were arranged using methods such as the grid method, and the spatial distribution and sampling depth of the sampling points were determined. Soil samples were collected manually, with 3 sub-sampling points set at each sampling site. Sample testing mainly involved the determination of heavy metal contents and their available fractions. The indicators measured prior to the construction of the demonstration project included the total and available fraction contents of heavy metals such as Cd in the soil. For the soil samples of this heavily salinized heavy metal-contaminated demonstration project, the main testing item was the determination of available Cd content, which adopted the "Soil Quality - Determination of Available Lead and Cadmium - Atomic Absorption Spectrometry" (GB/T 23739-2009) (DTPA method).
