FairPE: A Public Dataset of Pulmonary Embolism with Voxel Annotation

This record provides preprocessed CT pulmonary angiography (CTPA) volumes and newly created reference segmentations of pulmonary embolism (PE) for 149 studies aggregated from three publicly available datasets: FUMPE, CAD-PE, and READ. The segmentations were produced for a study on the systematic re-annotation and benchmarking of public PE segmentation datasets (associated manuscript under review). Contents.
