Raw data and Matlab codes for Fang et al., 2025

This dataset provides the complete MATLAB code and wind sample data (wind speed/direction time series) required to reproduce all case studies in the associated article. It includes validation cases against empirical model simulations, CFD data, and two real-world downburst events. The core GA-NLP hybrid algorithm for parameter inversion is implemented within the code, allowing for full replication of the proposed method's results and performance.
