Micro RNA expression profiling of human esophageal normal epithelial (hESO) cells comparing two human esophageal squamous cancer cell lines (TE7 and TE10). Overall design: Two-condition experiment, Normal epithelial vs. tumor cells. Biological replicates: 2 normal epithelial and 2 tumor cells replicates each respectively, independently grown and harvested. One replicate per array.
