This dataset includes some of the matlab code used in the manuscript "Chlorine activation in marine air: Insights from chemical budgets of molecular chlorine and hypochlorous acid". This manuscript was submitted to JGR:A in 2024 by Men Xia et al.
This code was used to address iodine chemistry in the F0AM model. Reference for this code: Alfonso Saiz-Lopez et al., 2014, ACP. This code should be cited in "ChemFiles" when running the F0AM box model.
The default F0AM box model is available elsewhere: https://github.com/AirChem/F0AM.
