Topological Determinism and the Theory of Stationary Light: Resolving Subatomic Anomalies via the Universal System Rule and Master Equation

Repository: Zenodo Open Science Repository Date: July 2026 Abstract Modern particle physics faces a series of persistent anomalies—including the muon g-2 discrepancy, the proton radius puzzle, W-boson mass deviations, and lepton flavor tension—that challenge the predictive capacity of the Standard Model's perturbative "virtual particle" narrative. In this paper, we formalize the Theory of Stationary Light (TSL) and the Universal Vortex & Entropy Hypothesis (UVEH). By modeling matter as stable toroidal vortices (Stationary Traps) within a substantive, high-density light field, we derive a foundational System Rule and a generalized Master Equation. We demonstrate that these subatomic anomalies are not fundamental errors or new elementary forces, but deterministic measurements of vacuum elasticity, topological winding numbers, and phase precession.
