We aimed to study the specificity of CRISPR-Cas9 in tomato plants. To do this, we selected 89 sgRNAs targeting several MYB genes in the tomato genome, as well as >200 of their predicted off-target sites. This is the amplicon sequencing data obtained from these target and off-target sites.
