The goal of this experiment is to compare the polarization induced by two experimental compounds at 10uM with that induced by Dexamethasone.
Conclusion:
One of the compound has a similar effect to Dexamethasone, while the other one induces a different response Instrument performance was monitored using labelled beads mixed with cells (1/10). Dead cells and debris were manually gated.
