Prediction dumps, trained classification heads and singleton-locus offline datasets (GIAB HG002-HG005, chromosomes 20 and 21, Illumina and ONT) used in the paper. They allow the analysis to be re-run exactly and the heads to be retrained. Offline, candidate-level classification only; not end-to-end variant calls. See README.txt and the code repository.
