Students in year 9 average merit value, deviation from model calculated value location municipality, merit value score

Model-calculated values for average merit value have been developed by SKR in a regression model where municipalities are compared with other municipalities and that takes into account the need for financial assistance, newly immigrated pupils (0-4 years old), the level of education of parents, gender and as of 2017 the proportion of pupils with unknown backgrounds. “Local municipality” means pupils in municipal and independent schools in the municipality regardless of where they are registered in the population register.
