Multi-omics study of the termite Reticulitermes speratus

This project aims to archive the results of all omics analyses related to the Japanese subterranean termite, Reticulitermes speratus, including (epi)genomic and metagenomic information, caste-specific gene expression patterns, and the results of comprehensive analyses of various chemical compounds such as peptides, proteins, and lipids, which are related to the physiology and ecology of this species.
