This dataset contains the codes required to recreate the figures for the submitted manuscript "An integrated platform to facilitate the calculation, validation and visualisation of optical flow velocities in biological images". It also contains the simulated images used to determine the accuracy of the optical flow and particle image velocimetry methods tested.
