The goal of this experiment was to compare the transcriptome of iBC-derived lineages to endogenous tracheal epithelial cells after transplantation. Overall design: Tracheas from two iBC transplantation recipients are analyzed (40 days and 56 days post-transplantation, respectively), along with the trachea of a control mouse (sample genetic background, sex, without injury or transplantation)
