H5 dataset information:

Raw experimental data (sinogram, flat fields and dark fields) and metadata are stored in a common .H5 file.
The HDF5 file is organized hierarchically following the Scientific Data Exchange (DXfile) community standard.
How to reconstruct:

You can use Silx to read and explore the .H5 dataset.
The file can be read within Python using the DXChange package.
