资源简介:
This is a combined dataset of soil carbon isotope within 0-5 cm across Tibetan Plateau. <br>The primary dataset was from Lu et al., (2004) and Qi (2017). <br>Lu, H. Y., Wu, N. Q., Gu, Z. Y., Guo, Z. T., Wang, L., Wu, H. B., et al. (2004). Distribution of carbon isotope composition of modern soils on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. <i>Biogeochemistry</i>, <i>70</i>, 273-297. https://doi.org/10.1023/B:BIOG.0000049343.48087.ac<br><br>Qi, L. (2017). <i>Distribution of Organic Carbon Isotope Composition for Modern Soils from the Eastern Margin of the Tibetan Plateau and its Main Controlling Factors</i>: China University of Geosciences, Wuhan.<br>The file named "TP_C13_1000m.tif" means the predicted gridded soil carbon isotopes (δ13C) dataset with a spatial resolution of 1000 m using Random Forest. <br>The file named "TP_beta_1000m.tif" means the calcuated β dataset with a spatial resolution of 1000 m. The β is a proxy the decomposition of soil organic carbon (SOC), calculated by δ13C divided by logarithmically converted SOC. <br>
