Data on the preferences of Russian consumers when choosing beef

The data set of preferences of Russian consumers when choosing beef is presented. Consumers were surveyed by the method of online questioning with the help of a specialized Internet resource. Three questions were asked: what color of meat do you prefer when choosing beef, what color of fat do you prefer when choosing beef, what marbling do you prefer when choosing beef.本数据集收录了俄罗斯消费者在选购牛肉过程中的消费偏好数据。本次调研借助专业互联网平台，通过线上问卷调查的方式对消费者开展调研，共设置三项核心问题：选购牛肉时偏好的肉色、偏好的脂肪色泽，以及偏好的牛肉大理石纹（marbling）。
