Beratungspsychologie für die Mediation Counselling Psychology for Mediation

Der Text legt Konzeptvorschläge für die Theorieentwicklung in der Mediation auf Grund von Ideen der Beratungspsychologie vor. Forschungsorientierung, moderne Ideen zur Konfliktlösung und mediationsspezifische Ethiktheorie werden als vertieft zu entwickelnde Bereiche in Theorie und Praxeologie angesprochen, für die Integrative Supervision Anregungen geben kann. This text is suggesting concepts for theory forming in mediation on the basis of ideas from counselling psychology. Research orientation, modern ideas for conflict resolution and theory of ethics specific for mediation are recommended as areas that should be further developed to deepen theory and praxeology.
