Study on the Intestinal Microbiota and Metabolomics of Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease, and the intestinal flora and its metabolic disorders may participate in the development of RA through the gut-joint axis. This study aimed to explore the fecal microbiome and metabolomic profiles of RA patients, assess their associations with disease activity, and identify potential biomarkers and therapeutic targets.
