16S rRNA analysis of the liquid phase and biofilm on carriers from a Trickle bed reactor (TBR). The TBR was operated at thermophilic temperatures and was pumped with varying compositions of syngas. The study looked into the changes in nutrient medium addition rate and liquid recirculation.
