The use of telescope arrays has technical and programmatic advantages for deep space optical communication (DSOC). We have developed the algorithms and architecture for arraying standards-compliant optical signals, and have demonstrated these principles using the Psyche/DSOC instrument and three ground telescopes separated by >100 km.
