Diff5T

Diffusion MRI (dMRI) has become a cornerstone technique for investigating the microstructural and connectional organization of the human brain.Diff5T is the first openly available dMRI dataset acquired on a 5.0 Tesla MRI scanner, bridging the gap between previous studies and large-scale neuroimaging projects. The dataset includes both raw k-space data and reconstructed diffusion images obtained using diverse imaging protocols. With multiple b-values and gradient directions, Diff5T offers unprecedented flexibility for studying brain microstructure and connectivity. In addition, high-resolution T1-weighted (T1w) and T2-weighted (T2w) images are provided to support detailed structural and anatomical analyses.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ V2 Release (Date: August 21, 2025):This release includes imaging and raw data from 50 individuals (~ 21.1 TB).
