Single-cell datasets for AtEpidermisGGM network construction

This collection contains the single-cell transcriptomic datasets used to construct AtEpidermisGGM, a gene co-expression network for Arabidopsis epidermal cells. The datasets were sourced from published studies, which are detailed in the accompanying references.txt file. The scripts used for network construction are available at GitHub (https://github.com/MaShisongLab/AtEpidermisGGM).
