Object:To study the effect of estrogen on fallopian tube function by comparing the gene expression of fallopian tube epithelial cells at different time of estrogen treatments. Method:The fallopian tube epithelial cells were cultured in vitro and treated with estrogen (E2) for different times (1.5h/3.5h/5.5h) before transcriptome sequencing in triplicate.Valid data were obtained after quality evaluation, the Illumina Hiseq4000 is used for sequencing.Valid data is compared with the reference genome of the species, and statistics are performed separately according to the gene location information specified by the genome annotation files (gtf and gff). Result: The valid ratio(reads) of valid data > 94%, Q20 >99%, Q30% >96%.Valid Data for reference genome mapping, in all samples mapped reads >91% . Among them, the Exon (exon) region has the highest percentage of mapped reads. The sample includes three treatment time groups, and a control group, each with 3 replicates.
