pediatric microbiome from HSCT patients and their corresponding donor

This dataset contains microbiome profiles obtained from pediatric patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and their corresponding donors. Microbiome samples were collected from recipients before HSCT and one month after transplantation, and from donors before stem cell donation. The microbiome composition was analyzed using next-generation sequencing (NGS) of the 16S rRNA gene (V3–V4 regions) on the MiSeq platform (Illumina, USA).
