Toric-colorable seeds of Picard number 4 and 5
收藏资源简介:
This deposit contains the complete classification of toric-colorable seed PL spheres of Picard number 4 (3,153 seeds) and of Picard number 5 of dimension at most 4, i.e. with at most 10 vertices (200,030 seeds), up to combinatorial isomorphism. These are the companion data for the paper: "Enumerating Toric-Colorable Seeds of Picard Number Five via Binary Matroids" Suyoung Choi and Mathieu Vallée, arXiv:2606.29309 Every seed in both files is toric-colorable in the integral sense. For Picard 4, this is established in Choi, Jang, and Vallée (J. Reine Angew. Math. 811, 2024). For Picard 5, it is verified by an exhaustive backtracking search for {0,1}-characteristic maps (Section 5 of the present paper). The Picard 4 enumeration is complete for all dimensions and independently verifies, by a different method, the GPU-based enumeration of Choi, Jang, and Vallée (J. Reine Angew. Math. 811, 2024). The Picard 5 enumeration covers dimensions 1 through 4 (Theorem 1.1); the cases of dimension 5 and above remain open due to computational limitations. Each file contains one seed per line, encoded as a space-separated list of facets in the format {v1,v2,...}. Full documentation of the format, distribution tables, and verification instructions are in the file README.txt included in this deposit. The Julia scripts that generated these files are at https://github.com/MVallee1998/Pic5_public.
