Evaluation of New Mexico Clinical Coccidioides Isolates

Coccidioidomycosis is a disease caused by species of Coccidioides. The disease is endemic to arid regions of the Southwestern US , and while most common in California and Arizona it is also present in New Mexico. We present the first analysis of clinical isolates from New Mexico.
