GPCRchimeraDB

Data uploaded to GPCRchimeraDB, as well as the data required to generate it. Overview: JSON_chimeras.zip: Entry file of all chimeric GPCRs available on the database. JSON_naturals.zip: Entry file of all natural GPCRs available on the database. structures.zip: 3D structure and models of natural and chimeric GPCRs. The 3D structures from the PDB that did not need to get renumbered are directly extracted from the PDB by the database and are therefore not in this folder. Files_required_generate_JSON.zip: Files containing the required data to describe the entries.
