This dataset include the digitized data and computational codes in paper "Frequency Channel Selection and Performance Simulation of a Microwave Radiometer for Temperature and Sulfuric Compounds Profiling of Venusian Lower Atmosphere". The digitized data include the pressure-temperature profiles of Pioneer-Venus probes, the SO2 abundance profiles from the Vega-1 and Vega-2 probes and the H2SO4(g) abundance profiles from the Venus Express radio science experiment. The pressure-temperature profiles of Pioneer-Venus probesare are digitized from Tables 3 and 8 in the paper Seiff et al. (1980), https://doi.org/10.1029/JA085iA13p07903. The SO2 abundance profiles from the Vega-1 and Vega-2 probes are digitized from Table 4 in the paper Bertaux et al. (1996), https://doi.org/10.1029/96JE00466. The H2SO4(g) abundance profiles from the Venus Express radio science experiment are digitized from Figure 11 in the reference Oschlisniok et al. (2021), https://doi.org/10.1016/j.icarus.2021.114405. The computational codes written in MATLAB environment.
