Carbendazim

The aim of this work was to evaluate carbendazim metabolites in zebrafish water tank using liquid chromatography coupled to a high-resolution mass spectrometer (LC-HRMS) and metabolomics approach to highlight analytical targets in order to monitor carbendazim exposure in aquatic environments. For this purpose, treatment, negative and stability groups were defined. In addition, water samples were collected from the tanks and analyses were carried out by LC-HRMS. Finally, the data were submitted to statistical analysis using the global metabolomics approach. The results allowed the putative annotation of 7 target metabolites and untargeted metabolite assignments.本研究旨在采用液相色谱-高分辨质谱联用技术（liquid chromatography coupled to a high-resolution mass spectrometer，LC-HRMS）结合代谢组学方法，对斑马鱼水箱中的多菌灵（carbendazim）代谢物进行分析，以明确分析靶点，进而实现水生环境中多菌灵暴露的监测。为此，本研究设置了处理组、阴性对照组与稳定性对照组。此外，采集各水箱中的水样并采用LC-HRMS开展分析检测。最终，通过全局代谢组学方法对所得数据进行统计学分析。实验结果成功完成7种目标代谢物的推定注释及非靶向代谢物的定性归属。
