Minutes of Meeting: Document Delivery and Resource Sharing Section, 6 March 2025

The DDRS Standing Committee met on March 6th, 2025 and evaluated the latest webinar held on the 5th of March reflecting on the take away of the ILDS 2024 conference that was held in Baku on 2-3-4 December 2024. The 3 participants grants recipients benefited from the conference and the people they met and spoke about each own's take away for own library. The 6th webinar will be held in May 2025, with Delnet from India and Andy Appleyard will be the moderator. The date is yet to be decided. The WLIC2025 proposal for DDRS was accepted and the planning committee will be meeting to refine the entire proposal and work on shaping the session's main theme the Sustainability of the IFLA Voucher. The search for host for the ILDS2026 is still open, and todate no bid was received. Members agreed to contact institutions they know to encourage them to host. Chair made some updates on the elections, for DDRS there are 15 seats and 16 candidates. The DDRS Action Plan was updated on time, with the completion of the webinar series, the ILDS2024 conference, only the guidelines are still in working progress. Carmen Lomba Chair of the RSCVD Committee shared updates on RSCVD webinar and current state. On March 13th a RSCVD webinar will be held for the Bodleian Library.
