Total RNA was isolated from lymphocyte. We compared the miRNA expression profiles between healthy and GDM women by RNA sequencing, and determined the signaling pathways associated with the changes. Our study offers new insights into circulating biomarkers of GDM and thus provides a valuable resource for future investigations. Overall design: Sample from 12 pregnant women (6 from normal controls and 6 from GDM patients) were used for miRNA sequencing analysis.
