Transcriptome data from a parthenocarpic tomato cultivar 'Severianin'

We investigated the behavior of tomato fruits of a parthenocarpic cultivar 'Severianin'. To focus on the early stages of anthesis, ovary samples of M82 and 'Severianin' at the two stages (bud and flowering) were collected.
