Cape Coast Hepatitis B and C Screening and treatment eligibility assessment dataset

Accessibility to treatment for individuals infected with hepatitis B and C remain poor in LMICs including Ghana. Poor rate of diagnosis and assessment for treatment remain the 2 most important factors attributable to this problem. Improving the screening rate and making the treatment eligibility assessment affordable will improve the accessibility to treatment. The study site was at a primary health care facility where regular screening is undertaken for walk-ins and the referred.
