Distribution pattern and assembly mechanism of sediment microbial communities in the Baiyangdian-Daqing River Basin

Microorganisms play an important role in the biogeochemical cycle of rivers. Dynamic hydrological processes in rivers are thought to affect the assembly process of microorganisms in water bodies and affect local landforms. These processes have not been extensively studied on river microbes in the Daqing River Basin. In this study, 16SrDNA gene amplification sequencing, neutral community model and null model were used to analyze the spatiotemporal dynamics and assembly process of microbial communities in the Daqing River Basin.
