Citrus sinensis x Citrus trifoliata cultivar:Carrizo Raw sequence reads

This project contains six samples: three from intact control plants and three from plants exposed to (Z)-3-hexenyl propanoate for 48 hours. The apical part of the three-month-old plants was used for the RNA-seq data.
