5-km gridded datasets of monthly precipitation and minimum and maximum temperatures obtained by merging observed meteorological stations from 1981 to 2016 of Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Nepal, and ERA5 reanalysis. File descriptions: Monthly data of precipitation (PREC_XX_monmean_daily.nc) and minimum (TMIN_XX_monmean.nc) and maximum (TMAX_XX_monmean.nc) temperatures, being XX the country initials: BAN, NEP or PAK Station observations merged with ERA5 reanalysis Grid resolution: 5 km Period: 1981 - 2016
