This dataset contains supporting data for the article "Reduced Dynamical Maps in Finite Temperature Vibronic Coupling Models via Choi Matrices: Numerical Methods and Applications" by Raffaele Borrelli and Hideaki Takahashi, DISAFA, University of Torino, Torino, Italy. The ZIP archive includes the Choi maps or the eight-site FMO model system, the discretized form of the spectral densities used in the dynamics, all Julia code required to read the maps and generate the figures of the paper.
