The goal of this sequencing project is to find the new spacers incorperated into the CRISPR arrays of Sulfolobus islandicus Rey15A. Equal amounts of purified PCR products of two CRISPR arrays from three colonies were mixed together and subjected to Illumina MiSeq sequencing.
