Lactobacillus johnsonii sequencing

Parenteral nutrition (PN) is a life-saving therapy for preterm infants and children with intestinal failure. However, long-term PN may lead to the development of parenteral nutrition-associated liver disease (PNALD) that is characterized by cholestasis in children and steatohepatitis in adults. In this study, we aimed to determine the role of Lactobacillus johnsonii in PNALD and the underlying mechanisms. It is the whole genome sequencing from Lactobacillus Johnsonii.
