Disruption of actin dynamics reduces KSHV infectivity at low MOI but not high MOI.

HUVEC were infected with KSHV at a high MOI (10) and a low MOI (2). The effects of actin cytoskeleton-disrupting agents cytochalasin D at 2 µg/ml and jasplakinolide at 1 µM on the average number of viral particles per nuclei (A), and viral infectivity based on the percentage of nuclei containing at least one viral particle (B) or the percentage of LANA-positive cells (C) were examined.
