Requests for land values 2014-2020 PACA

This dataset contains the Land Value Requests geolocated from 2014 to 2020 in the Southern Region / Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur.

The data comes from the official geolocated DVF games published by DataSud for the years 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020.

The source files have been extracted, cleaned, harmonised and merged to facilitate their use, in particular for property analysis, land research, territorial statistics, mapping and machine learning treatments.

The final dataset consists of 1,580,736 rows and retains the original structure of geolocated DVF files, with 40 columns.

Main columns:

* postal code;

* Department;
* cadastral parcel;
* latitude;
* longitude.

The dataset is provided as a technical republication to improve the accessibility, processing and re-use of regional DVF data over the 2014-2020 period.
