Expression of genes in adult hepatocytes and fetal hepatoblasts

To analyze stem/progenitor cell function, we purified hepatocytes derived from adult livers and fetal hepatoblasts derived from embryonic day 13 livers. Compared gene expression in E13 hepatoblasts and adult hepatocytes derived from C57BL/6NCr mice为探究干/祖细胞功能，我们分别纯化了成年小鼠肝脏来源的肝细胞，以及胚胎第13天（embryonic day 13）小鼠肝脏来源的胎儿肝母细胞。随后我们对C57BL/6NCr小鼠来源的E13肝母细胞与成年肝细胞的基因表达水平进行了比较分析。
