Effects of two strategies to teach moral competence in regular courses of teacher education were hypothesized. Results showed a significant increase in moral competence after the application of a variant of the Konstanz Method of Dilemma Discussion, but not when this method was combined with empathy training. Full information about the theoretical framework, hypotheses, method, results and discussion is currently under review.本研究针对教师教育常规课程中两种道德能力培养策略的效果提出假设。研究结果显示，采用康斯坦茨两难讨论法（Konstanz Method of Dilemma Discussion）的变体后，受试者的道德能力得到显著提升，但当该方法与共情训练结合时，并未出现类似提升。目前，有关该研究的理论框架、研究假设、研究方法、结果与讨论的完整内容正处于同行评审阶段。
