This dataset contains processed RNA-seq count data from human retinal endothelial cells with UNC5B knockdown. Cells transduced with shUNC5B represent the knockdown group, and cells transduced with non-targeting shRNA serve as controls. The dataset includes three shC samples and three shUNC5B samples. Gene expression counts are provided as a CSV file with gene IDs in rows and sample names in columns.
